    I think your thoughts on being preggo and working out are AWESOME. I am 24 weeks along and still working out 4-6 days a week. Some people don’t “get it” and I’ve even had some people seriously question WHY I am doing it and that I might “be hurting the baby.” Of course I know better 🙂 LOoking forward to reading more posts from you!

    • Thanks Debbie! Yes, it’s been interesting getting “those looks” and comments, wouldn’t you agree?! Just remember if you feel good and your doctor gives you approval, your baby can only benefit. Trust yourself, listen to your body and pay attention to the signs to hold back when needed, and you’ll be golden!
